Brent E. Williams brings over 36 years of leadership experience in real estate management, financial oversight, and operational strategy. As a Partner with StrideArc Consulting, Brent specializes in guiding clients through site selection, development planning, and construction management to support long-term business growth.
During his tenure managing a Fortune 200 corporate real estate portfolio, Brent oversaw over 4.3 million square feet of properties, valued at more than $2 billion. His expertise spans high-level management of engineering, construction, finance, and legal functions, making him a trusted advisor on complex development projects.
Brent’s areas of focus at StrideArc include:
- Site Selection & Feasibility: Assisting clients in identifying optimal locations based on market data, operational goals, and long-term growth potential.
- Development Operations: Supporting clients in establishing real estate development teams or outsourcing key roles to streamline project execution.
- Construction Management: Providing strategies to mitigate risks, reduce delays, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Brent’s experience extends to lease negotiations, new location financing, and international real estate development. He has opened over 300 locations and has firsthand expertise in budgeting and operational forecasting for new developments.
Currently, Brent also serves as Managing Director of STX DevCo, working on single-tenant and multi-tenant development projects across the United States and the Caribbean. He holds a BS in Accounting and Business Management from Park University.
