Brent E. Williams brings over 36 years of leadership experience in real estate management, financial oversight, and operational strategy. As a Partner with StrideArc Consulting, Brent specializes in guiding clients through site selection, development planning, and construction management to support long-term business growth.
During his tenure managing a Fortune 200 corporate real estate portfolio, Brent oversaw over 4.3 million square feet of properties, valued at more than $2 billion. His expertise spans high-level management of engineering, construction, finance, and legal functions, making him a trusted advisor on complex development projects.

Brent’s experience extends to lease negotiations, new location financing, and international real estate development. He has opened over 300 locations and has firsthand expertise in budgeting and operational forecasting for new developments.
Currently, Brent also serves as Managing Director of STX DevCo, working on single-tenant and multi-tenant development projects across the United States and the Caribbean. He holds a BS in Accounting and Business Management from Park University.
Angel Garcia Cordova is a bilingual, second-generation construction professional specializing in supporting and consulting subcontractors to improve their operations and project outcomes. With hands-on experience in project oversight, including serving as a Construction Superintendent, Angel combines practical field knowledge with a strategic approach to subcontractor management.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Angel excels at bridging communication gaps, enhancing collaboration, and fostering strong working relationships within diverse teams. He has led the implementation of new construction management systems, ensuring subcontractors benefit from streamlined workflows, efficient project tracking, and improved accountability.
Angel also guides subcontractors through the bidding process and budget management, helping them optimize costs, strengthen proposals, and deliver projects more efficiently. I helped start and sell a new home construction company that grew from just 28 townhomes in The River North Art District (RiNo) to building and selling over 380 homes across four neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area, all while running a successful real estate business focused on helping buyers and sellers find their ideal home in Boulder County and surrounding neighborhoods. Jason has held senior leadership roles with national and regional homebuilders, overseeing critical operational functions including purchasing, design team management, and construction operations. His expertise spans site selection, entitlement, construction oversight, and risk management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
