These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and its Materials. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Changes to These Terms
StrideArc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Your continued access or use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrideArc is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or reputation, arising from your access to or use of the Site or Materials, even if StrideArc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall StrideArc’s total liability exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us to access or use the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrideArc Consulting LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on the Materials.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law principles.
